How it works

Validated assessment. Standardized scoring. Structured report. Human decision.

This sequence repeats across every Psymora product, on purpose. The science underneath is already established; our job is the plumbing, not the judgment.

01

Validated assessment

We build on established, peer-reviewed instruments, never a proprietary test we've invented ourselves.

02

Standardized scoring

Results are scored using each instrument's own published rules. The logic is never a black box.

03

Structured report

Raw responses become a clear, readable report, for a clinician, a researcher, or a family.

04

Human decision

The report informs the call. It never makes it. That line doesn't move, product to product.

Where AI fits, and where it stops: AI helps with the plumbing: reminders, summaries, digitization, flagging incomplete responses. It never touches scoring or clinical judgment. Any feature that would blur that line waits for a dedicated research partner and proper validation, not a product roadmap.
Same pattern, three domains

What changes is the vocabulary, not the architecture.

Swap the instrument and the decision-maker, and the underlying pipeline is identical across all three products.

Product 1. Assessment 2. Scoring 3. Report 4. Decision
Track PHQ-9, GAD-7 + more Auto-scored, clinical rules Clinical dashboard Clinician decides
Lab Go/No-Go, Stroop, N-back + more Auto-scored, timing data Results report Researcher decides
Compass RIASEC assessment Auto-scored, framework rules Career & subject report Family decides

Instruments and paradigms shown are examples, not the full list; each product's assessment set expands as we work with more partners.
